I started by sharing a personal story: a recent dental appointment and a lesson in self-neglect. Alison laughed and reassured me that I’m not alone—many people put off caring for themselves until something hurts.
She emphasized that oral health affects far more than we realise, impacting digestion, inflammation, and overall wellbeing. Even small lapses can trigger issues that ripple through the whole system.

🏹 Meeting “White Bow”: Her Spirit Guide
One of the most touching stories Alison shared was meeting her guide, White Bow. During a Zoom event, a medium described a man appearing behind her. Alison had been sensing him for months—but the confirmation led to a wave of emotion.
Her guide’s message: “You are in the right place. Keep going.”
It’s a message many of us need to hear.
🚨 A Life-Saving Intuitive Moment
In one unforgettable incident, Alison felt someone she knew was in danger. She reported her intuitive vision—only to be dismissed. Thankfully, colleagues listened. They searched and found the person unconscious in a ditch.
Alison’s intuition saved a life that day. It remains one of her most powerful experiences as a healer.
